Serves 8-10

You have to try this recipe, honestly! It’s really fantastic: fast, simple to make,

delicious and healthy and with only three ingredients. You can take it directly

from the blender once it’s smooth, put a spoon in a bowl and sprinkle some

granola over it for a delicious breakfast. It’s also wonderful to sandwich a scoop

between two cookies. You might want to double or treble this recipe, as it’s always

so handy to have a healthy ice cream in the freezer.

 

INGREDIENTS:

6 large, very ripe bananas, chopped and frozen

1 tablespoon cacao powder

3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter


Method:

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. That’s it!

2. Transfer to a freezable tupperware container or a loaf tin lined with baking paper.

Cover and place in the freezer.

3. Freeze for 1 hour for a soft serve, or 4 hours for a firm ice cream.
