Clodagh's Shallow Pot

The Shallow Casserole Pot is one of the most versatile pieces in my kitchen and a shape I found myself reaching for time and time again while developing this collection.

I wanted a pot that was wide enough to encourage beautiful browning and caramelisation, yet elegant enough to bring straight to the table. The shallow design makes it perfect for everything from bubbling gratins and one-pan suppers to roasted vegetables, seafood dishes and seasonal sharing plates.

I designed firstly with practical function in mind. I wanted a pot that wasn't just beautiful, but one that worked brilliantly and lasted a lifetime. Here are my favourite design features:
