Beat The Blues Smoothie
Blueberries, Coconut, and Chia Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
170ml coconut water
2 small bananas, frozen if possible
150g blueberries fresh or frozen
3 large strawberries
2 teaspoons chia seeds
METHOD:
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree until smooth. If the consistency is too thick just add a couple of ice cubes or water.
