DELIVERY & RETURNS

ORDER AND DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Deliveries may take longer than usual due to the COVID-19 situation. 

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and delivery method. Please make sure your address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 5 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for delivery you will receive a delivery confirmation email. Please also note that in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments.

RETURNS POLICY

You have a right to return goods if you change your mind. All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Refunds can only be made to the card used to purchase products. 
Goods must be unused and in original packaging.

Goods which are edible, perishable or vintage items cannot be returned.

All returned goods are subject to an assessment. Products which have been used, or where tamper-proof stickers have been compromised will not be accepted unless it is clear these are defective.
