Lamb Gravy

Serves 6

INGREDIENTS:

3 tbsp plain flour 

Red wine

1 litre hot organic chicken stock

METHOD:

After you have roasted your lamb. Remove the meat from the roasting dish and place the dish over a high heat. Using a whisk, stir in the flour, a glass of red wine and the hot chicken stock. Whisking continuously, and allow the gravy to reduce. Pass through a sieve.

Serve in a warmed serving gravy jug.
