NUTELLA, BANANA AND HAZELNUT PIZZA PIE
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS:
1 sheet Puff Pastry, thawed
1 350g jar Nutella, room temperature
2 bananas, sliced
60g hazelnuts, chopped
METHOD:
1. Pre-heat the oven to 200oC.
2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface to a large rectangle shape and place on baking tray.
3. Spoon the Nutella on to the pastry sheet and spread out evenly. Place the sliced bananas on top, and sprinkle the chopped hazelnuts over the bananas and chocolate.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes in the pre-heated oven.
