Wild Garlic Pesto

INGREDIENTS:

300g wild garlic leaves 

500ml extra virgin olive oil

50g toasted pine nuts 

80g freshly grated parmesan 

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper 

METHOD:

1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor, season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Blend until you reach a smooth consistency
