Ibérico, Manchego & Rocket Bites
Makes 12
INGREDIENTS:
12 slices Ibérico ham
24 rocket leaves
100g Manchego cheese cut into long batons
METHOD:
1. Lay out a slice of the ham and place two rocket leaves on top, length-ways. Add a piece of Manchego cheese on top of the rocket and roll into a cigar shape. Cut in half to make bite-sized canapes.
