Over the last year I have been focusing on feeling my absolute best in my mind, body and soul 🤸🏼‍♂️. Lots of people ask me about my daily routines and the simple things I do everyday to make me the happiest and healthiest I can possibly be. So I have been reading, learning and doing new things. My life is very busy like most of us and I want to try and enjoy every moment with little stress. So from my happiness routine in the mornings to the things I am learning from others. I’ll be sharing it all here.

I also want to introduce you to Zoe Warren our resident GLOW girl, who will be helping us curate the best GLOW advice every week.

Clodagh on Glow


What I have really now understood is that anyone can improve their happiness and wellbeing by making subtle changes to their daily lifestyle. I believe that incorporating simple movement (mainly mad dancing around the kitchen) with conscious breath (this is such a new thing that I’m loving), pausing (such an important disciple that I find hard) and then going on to create (taking action and putting things into place) can increase my energy levels, boost my mind and bring balance to everyday. I know that getting the glow isn’t the same for everyone so I’ve broken it down into these 4 different areas (Move, Pause, Breath, Create) and I will be sharing what I have been doing and what I’m learning from others.
