Today is one of those days when you wake up with such a sense of excitement. My new book Clodagh’s Weeknight Kitchen is published today in the UK and Ireland. It is my seventh book, and honestly I think it is my best. I can't believe it's already a best seller in Ireland and the UK. Thank you all so much for your ongoing support!
As many of you know, I wrote this in lockdown when we were all stressed out with what to cook 3 times a day 7 days a week! Some of us still are! My direct messages from you all were full to the brim with questions like. “I’ve cooked 12 nights on the trot now, any ideas for tonight Clodagh?”, “My kids just will not eat anything but pasta - any ideas for me to ween them onto something else” and “It’s just me cooking for myself, I could use some help with good recipes for one”. So you guys gave me the inspiration for this book. Over 100 recipes that anyone can cook, easy simple quick fix meals for every weeknight. I’m so excited to see you all cooking from it.
