Top 3 reasons to eat your greens
We know that eating greens are good for us. But these are the three reasons I find the MOST motivating.
1. They make your body work better. They protect your heart, nerves, eye health and bones. They really are a cheap way to keep your body firing on all cylinders. I know that if I eat greens everyday for a week, I just feel better physically and mentally. Like exercise you never regret adding them to your routine.
2. They work wonders for managing my weight. It’s quite obvious I LOVE food. I love to eat, and greens make such wonderful recipes. Adding them to most dishes makes a guilt free way to eat more delicious food.
3. They supercharge your lymphatic system helping you fight infection, and as we enter Winter in the current climate this has never been so important.
