You are a miracle

Sometimes we think we are small and insignificant.. Our worries are too big, too noisy. We can’t change the world or ourselves, can’t make a difference. 

I wanted this to be a reminder that YOU are a wonderous miracle! 

The chance of us being born, despite all the wars and natural disasters and dinosaurs and all our ancestors meeting and copulating at exactly the right time.. the odds of being alive are - 

1 in 400 trillion….

So we are in fact, each and every one of us, a complete miracle. 

There is almost no chance of being born! 

If that was your lottery chances, you probably wouldn’t waste your money would you?! It is such a small probability we have at being born on this earth, being alive and to add those odds to be aware of this life too, not just grazing in a meadow but with conscious minds that can soak up beauty, love, laughter and kindness, can recall memories and make choices to live each individual life to the absolute fullest and perhaps even make positive changes to those around us. 

This is our calling, our responsibility.. to believe we are miracles and to start to live like every breath, every view, every connection, ever opportunity is an absolute wonderful gift. To let the small stuff go, to loosen up and dream big, who knows what other miracles lie in store for us if we only have the belief in ourselves.

I needed this reminder, I was being pulled down into my niggles and worries and since doing a little Googling I have paused, reminded myself of the absolute absurd chance of life and decided to pull myself together and act like that miracle!!
