The day will begin with a warm welcome of freshly brewed coffee and something homemade fresh from Clodagh’s oven. Then you get to sit back and watch Clodagh firsthand in her kitchen while she demonstrates a delicious Christmas lunch.
After the demonstration, Champagne will be popped before sitting at Clodagh’s dining table for the meal that she demonstrated with thoughtfully paired wines to match each course.
You will also receive a recipe pack containing all of the recipes that will be demonstrated throughout the day. Plus you will leave with one of Clodagh's limited edition Christmas Cakes!
The day is a bit longer than the other cookery days as Clodagh has so many things that she wants to share.
